Fax, scan and copy services.Notary available (call to check).Legal Services of Northern California (LSNC) holds a Self-Help Clinic in the Law Library Conference Room, every Thursday (9am-12pm and 1pm-3:30pm) that offers free procedural assistance with legal matters in Civil, Landlord/Tenant, Restraining Orders, Small Claims, and Family Law matters. You must have an appointment.Call LSNC 530-823-7560 (Monday-Thursday) to talk to a receptionist for an appointment. Do not call the Law Library. LSNC answers its telephone Monday-Thursday 9:30am-12pm and 1:15pm-4pm.
